The location felt slightly removed from the bustling areas, which required a bit of planning to access nearby attractions!!! The WiFi connectivity could use improvement for more consistent access during the stay!!!

Definitely suitable for solo travelers

I had an very nice time enjoying the outdoor pool! The staff went above and beyond to help me with everything, even setting up a nice breakfast experience that was just mouth-watering every morning.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality was worth it for sure.

Our family had a wonderful stay here, especially enjoying the warm and welcoming fitness room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, and the afternoon tea was a delightful treat. Plus, they happily accommodated our dog!

In my kids’ opinion, a few more kid-friendly meal options would be great.

The pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. They offered free bikes which were super handy for visiting the night market. One highlight was when a staff member went out of her way to return my travel book to me at the airport! Very nice service!

Our stay was amazing. the big beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and it was great to have a gym to keep up with workouts too. I loved lounging by the water and enjoying the delicious potato soup from the restaurant. One tiny thing to note is that the breakfast menu could use a bit more clarity, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
